Coaching Management Candidates
Even though many companies declare that they value human resources, they do not actually invest in education for@the management and employees. In the long term, education for management candidates is very important. In each@monthly session of First Wednesday, which is the management forum hosted by Kishi & Associates since May 2003,speakers including top management of leading companies make presentations based on their management experiences, so members can learn real management cases from the speakers. As the host of First Wednesday, we@have been learning top managementfs perspectives on which they have discussions. We believe that Kishi & Associates can make great contributions to education for management candidates by offering what the top management must consider beyond their companies and industries.
